Our Baby Boy...

Our Baby Boy turned 4 this week. And I can hardly believe it. And it has been a big couple of weeks for him. He started preschool this year, and graduated to a twin bed, rather than the old toddler bed/crib. He is learning more and more each day because of his school environment and has had much more responsibility. He is a great negotiator, and is developing a kinder heart towards his friends, and we even see it demonstrated towards his sister. He is becoming quite the little man and independent boy. He still loves to play on his own, and loves to make "machines" with his Legos. He has memorized at least 6 different Bible verses, but is very shy in reciting them. He is still loves with cars, trains and airplanes. Literally anything with wheels.

For his birthday he enjoyed lots of Legos, Cars and a new tag reader Map. He had a wonderful day including birthday donuts, balloons, a Christmas Movie, and Mickey Cupcakes, homemade pizza with "tires" (olives) and he even enjoyed Daddy coming home early from work, which was a real treat.

Happy Birthday little buddy! We love you so much, Dib, and look forward to your many years ahead!

Wow! He is growing fast. So glad he enjoys preschool. I wasn't a big preschool advocate until I taught Kindergarten and saw just how demanding it is these days (not like when we went!). Now I'm so glad there are good preschools out there to give kids that first year(s) foundation.
Your kids are so cute!
